Data Cleanse and Migration

Leveraging an AI solution that they had designed and built, our consultants cleansed, improved and supplemented millions of data attributes for loading into a new client system.

As part of the cleanse and migration, the data was also mapped into a new taxonomy, with a gap anaylsis carried out pre-migration to identify areas for ongoing improvement. Utilising the latest in tools and technology, our consultants supplemented the data through data hidden in content already in the clients possession, adding hundreds of thousands of additional data points. The project created relationships between differing data sets, to create a richer knowledge base for future operations.

The newly mapped, cleansed and supplemented data set was then handed to the software vendor for loading into the new system.

This was all carried out for a similar price to competitors standard data mapping and migration exercise, however created a more complete, standardised and connected data set to enrich the ongoing operation of the clients business.
