Our Ethos
Let's start with the obvious question, it's pronounced "shark". We were asked the question when forming "why shark?". For us, "shark" perfectly describes our ethos.

Sharks have evolved over millions of year to be effective and efficient, energetic and focused on achieving their objectives. They are resilient and have an incredible sense of the environment around them, and could be considered leaders of their ecosystem.

They have to keep moving forward or they perish; they are the embodiment of continuous motion.

For us, that is the exact nature of a good business. Efficient, effective, leading and always moving forward. Evolve, or perish.

It was that ethos that led us to setting up Siorc Consulting. Created to help businesses of all sizes evolve and succeed, and to bring the best consultants to as many as can benefit.
Elite consulting has been the guarded secret of large companies, and has not always been easily accessible to growing businesses. At Siorc Consulting we aim to change that, and bring the best consultants to growing organisations.
